Cycling is one of the best ways to experience Öregrund’s peaceful streets, beautiful views, and nearby islands. Many of our guests choose to take a ride through the old town, continue towards the sea, or cross to Gräsö by ferry.
Bicycles are available for rent during the summer at Bo & Kajak down by the harbor, at the Öregrund tourist office, and at Gräsö hostel. Equipment varies slightly depending on the rental location, but most offer standard women’s and men’s bikes with baskets or racks.
Whether you want to do a full-day tour, combine it with swimming and a picnic, or just ride off to buy ice cream — the bike gives you the freedom to explore Öregrund at your own pace.
