Societetshuset
Societetshuset is located right by the water, overlooking Öregrund’s guest harbor. The venue has high ceilings, large windows, and space for up to 180 people. It is one of the city’s most popular venues for conferences, weddings, and summer parties. The flexible furniture arrangement makes it equally suitable for corporate events and presentations as for private gatherings.
We cooperate with Societetshuset and are happy to assist with contacts, accommodation bookings, and logistics for your guests.
Rådhussalen
In Öregrund’s old town hall, just a stone’s throw from the harbor, lies Rådhussalen — a charming and peaceful meeting room with space for up to 20 people in boardroom seating. The venue is ideal for smaller conferences, management meetings, or planning days where you want to combine productivity with an authentic archipelago environment.
The room is equipped with a projector, projector screen, and wireless internet. The large chandelier and deep window niches give the room character and pleasant natural light year-round. Proximity to the sea and Öregrund’s charming town center create an inspiring setting for your meeting.
We are happy to help with everything from coffee breaks and lunch to booking accommodation, activities, or evening events. Rådhussalen is booked through Ankargården as part of our conference solutions.
Epokgården
Epokgården is a bright and modern conference venue set in a classic courtyard environment. It has space for up to 30 people with flexible seating arrangements, making it suitable for everything from workshops and lectures to creative team days. The cozy atmosphere creates a warm and welcoming feeling, while the technology ensures the meeting runs smoothly.
The room is equipped with modern AV technology, whiteboard, notepads, and pens. Whether you are planning a half-day or a longer stay, we are happy to help complement your booking with coffee breaks, lunch, accommodation, and surrounding activities — always with that little extra to make the experience personal.

Öregrundbiografen
In the heart of Öregrund lies the classic cinema with 77 comfortable seats and an atmosphere inviting both reflection and inspiration. The cinema is perfect for lectures, film screenings, product launches, or larger presentations where sound and visuals are key.
The venue is equipped with a microphone, speaker system, and a large cinema projector that easily connects to a computer. The fixed theater seating creates a natural focus on the stage and screen, making the room especially suited for presentations where the audience takes a listening role.
